2015 - Looking Back

December 6, 2015

Friends,

What an exciting year for Weaver’s Thread! We have experienced so many wonderful things during 2015! Thanks for being such a big part by providing your support through prayer and donations.

We enjoyed so many gatherings, events and workshops this year:

  • Shavuot (Pentecost) in Port Townsend, WA at the Little Chapel on the Hill was such an awesome experience.  The Ruach Ha Kodesh (Holy Spirit) came down in ways that we never expected.
  • Alan Lee, a teacher of the Word and former host for God’s Learning Channel, lead Shavout in Port Townsend, WA and shared a Shabbat Message at the Bethel Congregation in Port Orchard, WA. Alan’s presentations provided new and insightful knowledge that spurred excitement to all.
  • Out of Shavuot came a desire for a greater understanding and knowledge of Yahweh’s (The Lord) moedims, (appointed times); and to learn to live more like Yeshua (Jesus) lived.
  • We received a wonderful surprise when Hollisa Alewine from Creation Gospel arrived and shared her teaching with us in Sequim, WA.  For those whose flame was ignited during Shavuot and had just ordered Hollisa’s workbook Creation Gospel #1, her visit was icing on the cake.  Yahweh’s timing is always perfect!
  • Visiting with different congregations this year has been exciting. Sharing praise and worship with other believers confirms the common thread and unity that we all have for the love of Abba our Heavenly Father and His Son, Yeshua the Messiah.
  • Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) found Weaver’s Thread in New Mexico where we shared this time of celebration with the Olive Tree Congregation in Albuquerque and the Church of Llano Quemado in Taos.
    • It was our first time to visit and teach in Taos, and what a warm reception and blessing.  It’s always exciting to experience the Ruach Ha Kodesh’s healing love move through a congregation.
    • Olive Tree Congregation always welcome’s Weaver’s Thread with open arms.  Their feedback from previous teachings is always encouraging; and their enthusiasm for new teachings is inspiring.

What's Ahead in 2016?

We are planning and making preparations for new teaching materials that will be offered during, retreats, conferences, workshops, Biblical Feasts and different events:

  • First on our itinerary in 2016 is a Woman’s Retreat on February 27, in Sequim, WA.  We will explore the Twelve Qualities of Esther, and look into how we can enrich our individual lives, and improve our own unique personalities.
  • We will be hosting a couples retreat to explore how the Proverbs 31 Woman provides guidance to both men and woman to develop and improve the foundations of their relationship, their marriage and their home.
  • Holding Shavuot Day of Praise and Worship.
  • Teaching workshops throughout Washington, Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.  (watch for location and dates in upcoming newsletters, Facebook postings, and updates on this web-site)
  •  Plans are in the works to develop webinars that our brothers and sisters around the world may also join in on for Weaver’s Threads’ teachings.

So, you can see we are going to have an exciting year ahead!  We know that Abba our Heavenly Father will be leading our journey and we are committed to following His direction.  We at Weaver’s Thread also know that He will provide what is needed to allow these plans to come to fruition.

As you know Weaver’s Thread Ministries is a 501 (3)(c) non-profit outreach ministry and accepts tax-deductible donations.  Please consider making a financial contribution before the end of the year that will help Weaver’s Thread Ministries to continue its mission.  Weaver’s Thread is continually touching those who seek to gain or improve their relationship with others and ultimately with Yahweh and Yeshua.  Your contribution enables Weaver’s Thread to provide workshop scholarships, rent facilities such as the Little Chapel in Port Townsend for Shavuot, and cover travel expenses for event Biblical guest speakers.

You may make your contribution on-line through Pay-Pal or mail your contribution to:

I want to thank again, each and every one of you for your love, prayers and financial support that has been such a tremendous help through this year.  It has been an amazing journey and I can’t wait to see what Yahweh has planned for 2016.

Blessings,
Helen
